When in college would you more atracted to join a club if is about your ethinicity?

I am a Hispanic in a college where 25% of the students are hispanic I want to do a club where all of them can join if not all of them maybe just few but what would the club be about? Any ideas ? There is one already in campus maybe you are familiar with it is call MECHA but I think their ideas are old plus MECHA was born in the civil-rights era and not everyone is interested what do you think that as Hispanics in college we should do? Any suggestions?
